1. How long does it take to receive my product? 
    We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. It takes about 3-5 business days for our internal process. Once shipped, UPS will deliver continental US orders in 4-6 business days.

    NOTE: We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

  2. Can I change the destination address of my order?
    After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

  4. Do you ship internationally?
    Technically, you can get an ALCHEMA outside of the States, Canada, and Taiwan. But currently, ALCHEMA only provides full service in the U.S. and Taiwan, expanding to Canada. By full service, means providing full customer service, warranty, return, consumables and passing local electrical safety checks.All destinations can be found upon checkout.     For shipping outside the United States, you might be charged taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient is responsible for all Import Fees.

  5. Transport risk and risk of loss
    We cover the transport risk until your order is delivered by the carrier to the shipping address. This means that we are liable in the event that your items disappear before delivery or are damaged in transit. If you notice that the packaging is damaged by the time you pick up or receive your order, please report the damage to the carrier promptly. Such damage must be reported regardless of whether the items are damaged or not.

    If your items are lost during transport, you must notify us ( within a reasonable time frame and no laterthan 60 calendar days after the shipping date (or the date we send the shipping confirmation email). If you do not notify us within a reasonable time frame, you are liable for full payment of the order.
