Self-Diagnosis | Update My ALCHEMA

Since your time is valuable, we want to save your time. This self-diagnosis section aims to help you update your ALCHEMA. We will guide you through every necessary step.

1. Make sure your App is updated first before starting updating your ALCHEMA.
      
2. Update your App. If you are an iPhone user, please visit App store and search ALCHEMA to update your App; if you are an Android user, please visit Google play and search ALCHEMA to update your App. After you updated your App, follow the next step.

3. Update your ALCHEMA. Open your App to initiate the ALCHEMA updating process. 

4. Click 「 ... 」at the bottom-right in ALCHEMA App.
     
    5. Find the 「 Device 」 section in ALCHEMA App.
     
    6. Click 「 Update Firmware 」AFTER your ALCHEMA is powered on and finishes  welcome animation light.
    - Plug in to turn on ALCHEMA.
    - Make sure your ALCHMEA is on. And wait for the welcome animation light finishes. 
    - Click「 Update Firmware 」to start updating your ALCHEMA.
    - Click「 Start to update firmware 」on your App.
    7. App will start to connect your ALCHEMA and update it. *Remember not to unplug, close your phone or leave App before the updating process is over.  
     
    8. Touch the ALCHEMA logo light on the top of your device to allow the device to connect your App. You will see the ring light turn from dark to bright. 
    9. If your ALCHEMA is connected, the ring light will be blue. If your ALCHEMA can't connect to your App, unplug your ALCHEMA, restart your phone, turn on your phone Bluetooth, and repeat from step 7.     10. The app will ask you to choose a Wi-Fi for your ALCHEMA. Please choose one to connect then click next step.
     
    11. Once your ALCHEMA is connected to Wi-Fi, ALCHEMA will start the updating process and your App will back to 「 more 」. Now you just have to wait until your ALCHEMA start the welcome animation light. 
    *Remember not to unplug, close your phone or leave App before the updating process is over.  
    *During the process, ALCHEMA might reboot itself more than once. 
    After seeing the welcome animation light finished, you are all set. Your ALCHEMA has finished the process. 
      
    12. If you can't finish the updating, please email us ( service@alchema.com ) with the following information. 
    - Screenshot/video which best describes the issue
    - Phone Brand
    - Phone Version
    - Your ALCHEMA User Name in ALCHEMA App 「 more 」section
