This pale, ruby colored cider delivers a tartness and mild astringency that’s followed by an herbal-style aroma. It is a well-balanced mixture of sweet and tart that is light, refreshing, and flavorful. This cider is best served chilled without any ice to prevent unwanted dilution of flavor.


Pineapple: 30.0oz ( 850g )
White sugar: 12.3oz ( 350g )
Yeast: Premier Cuvee
Drinking Water

-We strongly recommend using fresh fruit and freezing it overnight.

Do not use rotten or moldy fruit.


Step 1: Add raspberries into the pitcher.

Step 2: Add sugar into the pitcher.

Step 3: Add water up to the max line inside the pitcher.

Step 4: Add a packet of Premier Cuvee yeast.
