How do I bottle my cider once it's finished settling?

We recommend that you store the finished cider in our pitcher since it has an air release valve. The valve prevents fizzing as well as the possibility of explosion when opening the bottle, since the bottle you use may not handle the high air pressure caused by the fermentation. If you still want to bottle your result, using a swing bottle is the easiest option. You can also use a wine bottle with a cork, or a beer bottle with a cap, as well.

Keep in mind that since the fermentation is still slowly taking place, the cider may fizz when you open the bottle. Gently open the bottle slightly at first to wait until all of the bubbles subside.
