DESCRIPTION

ALCHEMA MACHINE

ALCHEMA machine is smart at brewing, so you don’t have to be. It takes all the guesswork out of the fermentation process using built-in sensors measuring temperature, atmospheric pressure, alcohol level (ABV) and sweetness (Brix). Features include:

An UV-C LED sanitizer to disinfect the container before fermentation starts, keeping your container odorless and squeaky clean without chemicals.
Built-in weight sensors to automatically tell you how much ingredients have been added, giving you precise measurements for each batch.
Wi-Fi enabled so you can check in on the fermentation progress, anytime and anywhere. ＊ALCHEMA is NOT 5GHz-compatible. You can only connect the ALCHEMA machine to 2.4GHz or 4 GHz WiFi.

ALCHEMA PITCHER

The ALCHEMA pitcher is a 2.4L food grade pitcher designed specifically for fermentation use, exclusively for the ALCHEMA machine. Features include:

A food grade pitcher made of Tritan, which is considered BPA-free and safe for food contact. Material is provided from the leading brand Eastman.
The unique shape of ALCHEMA pitcher facilitates natural convection of liquids.
An air-release valve to allow CO2 to escape while preventing air from going in, creating a better environment for fermentation.

Making your own honey wine/cider with ALCHEMA is easy and money-saving. Taking mead for an example, A 1-lb jar of honey typically costs about $12. The recipe recommends using 21oz of honey (which is equivalent to 1.3 jars of honey, so roughly $15). The batch would produces an equivalent 3 bottles of mead (81 fl.oz). A fair market price for a bottle of good honey wine (mead) averages at least $20. So spending $15 on honey would produce 3 bottles of mead, a value of $60 per batch.
